Also the bikes are in good shape and if someone didnt want to continue on the bike they could always travel in the van which was the whole time with us.

					  The best customer experience – Impeccable service and communication during the whole process. We originally booked for the 26th of march 2026, but the recent protests locked down the traffic in the whole city. The… read more tour owner personally gave us all the information we needed to navigate this problem. Including minute by minute updates on the situation, letting us stay in her boutique hotel for free, and rescheduling our tour with a discount. The tour itself was very well operated with good quality bikes, the guides Derrick and Juan were very friendly and helpful which great knowledge. Derricks English was very good too. Couldn’t recommend the company or anima boutique hotel enough!

					  Awesome, great small groups! – Awesome day on the trail! We were picked up at our hotel in the center of the city. Coordination is easy. We love the small group! Also, our guide, Derek… read more and driver Luis were phenomenal!  Our weather was delightful with a little bit of clouds as the day progressed, but it kept the ride comfortable. I’d recommend the experience to all who don’t mind riding a bike next to a cliff while passing large overloaded trucks. True to the name!

Even though I found out that biking down a 4700m mountain… read more terrifies me, I had an overall great experience. Our guides were super patient, helpful and encouraging. They kept us fed the whole time, with great banana bread, fruits and sandwiches. The views were breathtaking and the refreshments at the finish line were more than welcome! I don’t think I’ll go back mountain biking anytime soon, but if I did, I would want it to be with those people for sure!

I did not feel unsafe at all at the road, because the road is quite broad and the mtb had very good grip even while it was raining all the time.
